You might need enrollment verification to defer student loans, show proof of enrollment for health insurance, confirm your degree for a job application, or verify your academic standing when transferring to another school.
Current students can obtain a free enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse via their MyMC account. Enrollment can only be verified for the term in which a student is registered. Future enrollment or class registration cannot be verified until official registration occurs and the National Student Clearinghouse updates its records.
How to Obtain Verification:
- Log in to your account.
- Select Banner Web for Students.
- Click the four dots in the top left corner and choose Student.
- Under the Student Menu, select Enrollment Verification.
Verify My Degree
Proof of your degree will appear on your transcript. You may request a copy of your transcript through . Transcripts can be sent to yourself or another individual.

If you no longer have access to your MyMC account:
- Download and complete this verification request form.
- Email the completed form to registrar@mc.edu.
