Thomas B Walter has served as the Reference/Computer Services Librarian at èßäÉçÇø School of Law since 1999. He receives his B.S. in Forestry with an emphasis in Wildlife Management from èßäÉçÇø State University in 1995 and his J.D. from èßäÉçÇø School of Law in 1998. He is the author of èßäÉçÇø Limitations of Actions and has written the chapter on Laches and Limitations for the èßäÉçÇø Encyclopedia of Law. He teaches Legal Research I and Legal Research II.
